ART Ventures is a multi-restaurant hospitality concept that brings together distinct
culinary experiences under one elevated destination. Designed as a vertical journey
through atmosphere, flavor, and design, the collection includes The Polo Chamber, Old
Rose, Sunset & Co. and The Regent’s Table—each space defined by its own aesthetic,
mood, and dining philosophy. From relaxed café culture to refined private dining and
high-energy cocktail lounges, ART Ventures blends thoughtful design, culinary
creativity, and panoramic views of the city into a singular hospitality experience.
The Polo Chamber
The Polo Chamber brings a moody, after-hours
energy inspired by classic English equestrian
clubs complete with hints of brocade, velvet and
leather complimented with large windows.
Rich wooden cladding, hand-painted wall art,
and polo-inspired elements create a
sophisticated yet intimate lounge environment.
The space is cocktail-forward and immersive,
built around an innovative bar program paired
with refined small plates.
With its ambient lighting and lounge-style
interiors, The Polo Chamber captures the spirit

Old Rose
Old Rose is a charming all-day dining café that
feels effortlessly fresh, elegant, and inviting.
Designed in soft hues of pink, the space features
Venetian mirror accents, intricate mirror work,
and customized stone-clad walls that create a
delicate balance between romance and
refinement.
With both indoor seating and a covered outdoor
area, Old Rose offers a bright and relaxed
setting ideal for long breakfasts, leisurely
lunches, and easy afternoons over coffee and
conversation.
The atmosphere is light, pretty, and welcoming
—an everyday escape with timeless charm. Just
seeing the space transition from day to night is

Sunset & Co. is a rooftop lounge set at one of
the highest vantage points in the city, offering
sweeping views of Udaipur

sunsets.
The space blends posh rooftop energy with
earthy design elements—featuring brass
sculptures, lush greenery, customized stone wall
murals, and a striking glass garden house
structure.
A metal-fabricated bar with English-style
detailing anchors the lounge, while a palette of
warm earth tones contrasted with black and soft
white sand hues creates a sophisticated yet
relaxed ambiance.
Sunset & Co. is designed for vibrant evenings,
